Mission Statement
Our mission at House of Bethel Christian Church is to reach and change our communities for the better and beyond for Christ through the power of God’s Word.
We do this by:
- Evangelizing the Sinner (Missions) – Taking the Gospel of Christ to our world. (Acts 1:8)
- Equipping the Saved (Discipleship) – Developing people through the word of God and to know and do what Christ taught. (Ephesians 4:11-16)
- Edifying the Saints (Fellowship) – Building up one another through fellowship. (2 Timothy 3:16)
- Outreach ministry – Meeting the needs of others, locally and nationally. For I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me drink, I was a stranger and you welcomed me, I was naked and you clothed me, I was sick and you visited me, I was in prison and you came to me.’ Then the righteous will answer him, saying, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you drink? And when did we see you a stranger and welcome you, or naked and clothe you? And when did we see you sick or in prison and visit you?’… (Matthew 25:35-40)
- Worshiping God – But the hour is coming, and is now here, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth, for the Father is seeking such people to worship him. (John 4:23)
- Contributing to God’s work – Living under the authority of God’s Word, and Impacting God’s world.
